Shipping policy

Every order ships with a tracking number. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery estimates (after dispatch)

• United States: Standard 7-14 days / Express 5-10 days
• Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia, European Union: Standard 10-20 days / Express 7-15 days

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates; customs processing in your country may add a few days for international parcels.

Packaging

Decks are packed in rigid mailers to protect cards and corners in transit. Deck boxes (on "With Box" versions) ship inside the same protective packaging.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 15 days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos and we will resend or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
